Time schedule
All dresses are made in our factory according to the size from buyer and usually take about 7~15 days for making 3~6 business days for shipping.

Custom Size & Color
It is important to provide the correct size to fit yourself, you may leave the message of the size/color you needed as well as with your requirements when checkout. Dress could be made with different colors, you can select the color you like from the color chart. We will confirm the Size/Color/Styles/Any requirements with you via email before Making.

How to submit custom size & color?
If you can't get the correct size from the standard size chart, please contact our live chat to submit your detailed size measurement after checkout.

Return & Exchange

Understanding that returns are appropriate for certain issues, we have set up a few guidelines to assure that returns are handled properly and fairly:Returns may be considered under the following conditions only: All requests for returns due to mistaken shipments or disatisfaction must be approved by our wedding dresses website within four business days of receipt of order. You should provide us the Authorization of the shipping goods. Failure to approve the Authorization will result in no action. Merchandise must be in new condition, you can try it on, but don't make it dirty or altered. No credit will be issued on items damaged due to shipping problems and any other situations beyond our control. The shipping company is liable for shipping negligence and you request damages from the shipping company. On approved items, buyer shall be responsible for shipping costs both ways unless our wedding dresses website is responsible for the return due to sending the wrong item.

* All wedding dresses ordered can be cancelled within 24 hours free of charge. Because your wedding dress is a one-off tailor made for your special wedding day, orders cancelled more than 24 hours will be charged 50% of total clothes fee.Please be careful to order! Thank you for understanding.

* The wedding dress does not include any accessories such as wedding veil, gloves and the petticoat. Item is for onedress only!

* Normally, it will take 15--17 working days to make your dress after we got your payment. It will then take about 5-7 working days for the package travel from our factories to your destination. We will ship it by DHL or UPS or EMS (it's very safety and fast). and give you the tracking number after we sent out your dress. So, you can get your dress in 18--22 days.

* Can we place a rush order?
Dear friend, Of course you can put a rush order if it's necessary for you. We can accept 10days rush order. If you put a 10 days rush order, you need to pay extra 50 us dollars.
